Bowl For Kids' Sake (BFKS) is held every year and our largest single source of funding. All contributions raised stay in our community to benefit the youth who are referred to our program. There are several ways to participate.
Many people throughout Fairfield County participate by forming a bowling team of 4-5 individuals. Teams can be formed by recruiting family, friends, neighbors, co-workers or anyone interested in having fun while supporting a great organization.
As a bowler, you collect “sponsors” (friends, colleagues, neighbors) by using the pledge sheet or you can use our brand new on-line system. By registering on-line you receive a free personal fundraising page. Then your "sponsors" will be able to donate under your name, or join your fundraising team. What If You're Not A Good Bowler? - It doesn't matter. The purpose of this activity is to have fun and help our youth. You will be bowling two games. We encourage our bowlers to use the e-mail tools available on their personal fundraising page to recruit from their sponsors if possible, which will allow the bowler to collect the donation in advance.
Skill prizes, door prizes and raffles are all part of the fun on the day of the event. Door prizes are awarded every 15 minutes. Four Grand Prizes are awarded to the bowlers who bring in the highest amount of pledges.
BFKS 2008 will be held on April 12th and 13th at Tiki Lanes in Lancaster.

All sponsors are displayed prominently on the day of the event, which is held at Tiki Lanes in Lancaster. Logos of all Event & Main sponsors are placed on a t-shirt that is awarded to participants. Event sponsors are also given due recognition throughout the year, based on sponsorship levels.
